Today, we’ve added two new ways to use tags:
Tags can now be displayed for each post in your theme (see the Custom Theme reference’s new Tags section). You can link to URLs that look like this:
This is great: it takes away the need for the custom Javascript solution I threw together a while back to aggregate only certain types of posts on one page while maintaining a sites theme and replaces it with a native solution, and a far better one at that.
Only one little problema: there’s a bug in the current Tumblr dashboard that prevents one from modifying tags on an already-posted Audio post because it believes you haven’t accepted the Terms and Conditions. Overall, very annoying as all I need to do is add ‘music’ to a few more tags to have this page work exactly as it should.
